How to operate the machine?
1.    Checking whether the plug of the heat press plug have been connected firmly to  the socket of the electrical controlled box.
2.    Inserts the power source, turns on the power switch.
3.    setting operation procedures(This equipment temperature is counted by fahrenheit)
Initial temperature:
    Press the MODE key once; see the middle indication light turning red.    Press the PLUS or MINUS key to set the initial heating temperature
   Max temperature:
   Press the MODE key for the second time; see the first and second lights turning red; Press the PLUS or MINUS key to set the max heating temperature .
  Max heating timing:
Press the MODE key for the third time; see the second and third lights turning red; Press the PLUS or MINUS key to set the proper heating timing.
Treats the executing state:
Press the MODE key for the fourth time; see all of the three lights turning off; the machine is ready to work.
Note:
The initial heating temperature should be setted between **0°F ~**0°F; the max heating temperature should be set between **0°F ~**0°F; the timing should be set between 0~**9 sec.
4.Heat Press:
Slow heat press: put the object which should be heat pressed into the machine, Pull down the handle, turn on the power switch, the temperature is going up. When the temperature reach the initial temperature, the buzzer give out a shot sound. Put the execute key once. Until the buzzer give out a long sound, put on the execute one more and finish the heat press. Take the object out, the temperature should go to the initial temperature and be in the ready state.
Quick roasted: In the initial temperature, put on the object which should be heat pressed, Pull down the handle, press the execute key once until the buzzer give out a long sound, press the execute key once more, the heat press is over. Take the object out, the temperature should go to the initial temperature and be in the ready state.
*When the temperature is below the initial temperature, you can finish the total heat press process normally by pressing the execute key.


The cause of the Trouble image
A. The color of the image is low: uneven temperature or force, or short time
B. Unclear image: ink spread caused by overlong heating time
C. No gloss in the surface: over high force or ovre high temperaure
D. Part of the image is blurred: Insufficient or uneven pressing force
E. Scar image: over high temperature
F. The color of image is low or deep: uneven force
G. Stick the paper: over high temperature or the coat of heat press products is not well
6. The suggest method of heat press: You can practise more to get the most effect.
Maintenance tips:
    Maintenance work should always be accomplished with the press switched off and cooled down.
    Remember to disconnect the plug from the power socket.
    Clean the press regularly(often once a week) with a soft cloth and wild household cleaner to remove adhesive residues, etc.
    Never use souring sponges, solvents or gasoline!

Safety instructions:
    Pay particular attention to the risk of burns by touching the heated platen during use.
    Keep hands clear from the mat as the pressure can cause injury.
    Press should be placed on a sturdy suitable stand.
    Work area must be kept clean, tidy and free of obstructions to the movements of the heat press.
    Power supply cord must be disconnected before cleaning or servicing press.s
